Sabine Erdmann started her harpsichord lessons at the age of 11 with Beata Seemann in Munich. She studied harpsichord at the Hochschule für Musik Heidelberg Mannheim with Prof Egino Klepper and later at the Hochschule der Künste Berlin with Prof Mitzi Meyerson. She attended masterclasses with Menno van Delft, Lars Ulrik Mortensen and Jesper Christensen. Besides being well known as a soloist harpsichord player and for her activities in chamber music she is a much sought-after guest continuo player and member of a number of prominent orchestras, i.e. Göttinger Barockorchester, Concerto Grosso Berlin, Deutsches Sinfonieorchester, Ensemble Resonanz Hamburg, Heidelberger Sinfoniker, Kammerakademie Potsdam, Lautten-Compagney Berlin and chamber music ensembles e.g. Nils Mönkemeyer and Friends. Sabine Erdmann performed in numerous radio recordings (NDR, SFB) and CD productions as a soloist and as a continuo player.
